This piece was the artist's attempt to depict the sensation of a strong psychotic episode. BerriBlue's borderline personality disorder frequently causes unpleasant, disturbing thoughts and sensations. The carnal, flesh and blood nature of her body, bones and skin become particularly hard to deal with as she becomes more and more dissociative towards herself and the reality around her.

The piece portrays this disturbing sensation as something visceral, painful, but also beautiful. It is currently in a private collection in California. Another version of the piece is in Porto, as a street art mural.
